I’m am so blessed that I have awesome parents! I could go on and on in this post on why they are awesome,but today…my mom is exceptionally awesome today because she crocheted an infinity scarf and boot cuffs for me to giveaway!!

My mom has always made home made cards —all of our Christmas cards growing up were home made and she still does them in her 80’s. I obviously got my love of making cards from her and am so grateful that she passed that love on to me. Your mom ROCKS –what a fun giveaway. I am sharing it everywhere!

I learned cooking from both parents, how to take care of cars from my dad, and sewing and needlework from my mom.
That’s awesome! I also learned to cook from my mom! What an invaluable skill they taught us!
My mom sews so she made my prom and wedding gowns. She is making my daughter’s prom gown this year!!
That is so awesome! My mom & I both have a strong dislike for sewing, so I guess that’s something that’s been handed down!
My late mother-in-law made a hobby of shopping. She always picked just the things that we didn’t even know we needed, but ultimately used and loved anyway. She was a deal seeker and loved the clearance areas!
That’s awesome! I grew up shopping with my mom and also grew up working over the sale racks! I think its a good skill to have!
