About 2 weeks ago, I was invited to join a group of ladies that are all North Iowa Bloggers! I was invited to join them for a night of food, fellowship, & potato chip taste testing! They invited me merely because I’m involved with social media…what they didn’t know (maybe one of them knew) was that I had begun my own personal blog…I’ve been blogging for about a year professionally (you can find that HERE). I didn’t know if I was ready to really let the world know that I was blogging personally yet! But..after a night with these ladies, I knew that I was ready and that they would be there to support me and encourage me and they haven’t let me down! I’m amazed at how fast they’ve become dear friends on a level unlike anyother friendships that I’ve ever had! Why? They get it! They get why we blog. They get what we chose to blog about! They get me and what I’m trying to do with my blog and I don’t even have to explain it! They talked about the food in their blogs (listed below) and the potato chip taste testing, but the thing that was most important to me was my new friends that I’ve made! I can’t wait to hang out with them again!
